How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.
We ship from our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. Please note - you would be aware that delivery times can vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes. What happens if I change my mind?
The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by yourself. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping).
